I received a notice of violation of the City's party ordinance. What do I do?

There is a complete set of instructions printed on the back of the notice that was issued to you.

If this is your first notice, then it serves as a warning and there is no fine involved. If you are issued subsequent notices, you are subject to a fine. Fines can only be paid in the Water Department office at City Hall.

If you believe there are valid, mitigating circumstances related to your violation of the party ordinance, you may request a mitigation hearing by calling the City of Hesperia Building and Safety Department within 10 days of the notice date.

If you have any questions or would like more information, you can reach the Building and Safety Department at (760) 947-1300.
