No, as part of the City’s Stage No. 2 water conservation emergency plan, no water provided by the Hesperia Water District shall be used for the purposes of washing down hard surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks and parking lot areas, except as specifically permitted by the district for public health and safety reasons such as washing down flammable or otherwise dangerous liquids or substances.
