[ARCHIVED] Storm Update

Due to unusually heavy rainfall, there is severe flooding throughout the City.Most streets are heavily flooding, with rain expected throughout the day. All residents are asked to stay home if possible, to avoid becoming stranded. The City will continue to monitor the storm and road conditions. The following streets are currently closed:

Talisman from Moreno to ChoiceanaC Avenue from Chestnut to Hercules
Santa Fe from Live Oak to LemonState Rt. 173 from Highway 138 to Lake Arrowhead Road
Rock Springs Road from Glendale to Deep Creek RoadC Avenue from Mojave to Mauna Loa
Mojave from C Avenue to Santa FeMauna Loa from C Avenue to E Avenue
Eucalyptus from Maple to PrimroseMaple from Eucalyptus to Sycamore
E Avenue from Lemon to G AvenueLemon from Santa Fe to E Avenue

Sandbags are currently available at Fire Station 302, located at 17288 Olive Street.
