City's Website

Utilize the City's website, free of charge, to submit bids as a vendor electronically and directly to the City.  

Public Purchase

In addition to the City's CivicPlus system, the City will be posting bids for goods and services using Public Purchase. This system is completely free to the City and you as a vendor. Sign up today to do business with the City using electronic bidding. As a registered member of Public Purchase, not only can vendors respond to bids from the City of Hesperia, but from any agency that is also participating in the Public Purchase system, that’s nearly 1,200 government agencies.
