The Finance Division is responsible for the City's and subsidiary districts' short and long-term fiscal functions.  Some of these tasks include:
  • The development of financial management policies and plans
  • The coordination and preparation of the Annual Budget and Capital Improvement Plan
  • The Monitoring of all City revenue and expenditures with periodic reporting to the City Council
  • The performance of all City debt management functions
  • The provision of financial and program analysis for various Citywide projects and initiatives, as well as employee salary and benefit negotiations
