The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for enforcing the City of Hesperia's Municipal Code to ensure a safe and healthy community. Our goal is to obtain compliance while educating citizens about the local and state laws that we uphold.  

Code Enforcement is an active participant in programs such as the Rental Housing Business License & Inspection Program , Residential Truck Parking Permit Program, and the Tobacco Retailer License Program.
