The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the division and managing all IT contracts and budgets. This position is responsible for overseeing Citywide technology needs and setting direction for technology projects and policies.
Enterprise solutions provides support for all enterprise-level systems throughout the City, including finance, building and safety, public works, GIS and Animal Control, as well as various other City programming and third party integration needs.
Infrastructure solutions provides support for all City communications systems, including the network backbone, phone system and wireless network.
Systems administration provides support for all data access systems, including the network servers, computer workstations and data backups.
IT Help Desk
The IT Help Desk provides a central point of contact for all technology needs. They troubleshoot computer and software issues, prepare workstations for new installations and handle equipment move requests. They are also responsible for audio/visual (A/V) support for all of the City’s conference rooms, including the City Council chambers.
