Energy Efficiency and Minor Home Repair Grant Program (CDBG-EEMR)


The purpose of the City of Hesperia’s (City) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Owner-Occupied Energy Efficiency and Minor Home Repair Program (EEMR) is to assist moderate income homeowners, whose incomes do not exceed 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) adjusted by family size, as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), by providing grants of up to $6,000 to make energy efficient and minor home repairs to their single family owner-occupied residences within the City of Hesperia. 
  

Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program (CDBG-HRLP)


The purpose of the City's CDBG Owner-Occupied HRLP is to assist moderate income homeowners, whose incomes do not exceed 80 percent of AMI adjusted by family size, as established by HUD. The HRLP provides deferred loan up to $30,000 to make eligible improvements to their property.
