The City of Hesperia would like to inform applicants that the permitting process for San Bernardino County Fire (SBCF) is separate from the City’s process.  Types of plan submittals that require an additional submittal to SBCF include, but may not be limited to: Conditional Use Permits; Tentative Parcel Maps; Tentative Tracts; Temporary Special Event applications for tent sales, pumpkin patches, and Christmas tree lots; and Site Plan Reviews. Please note, not all Site Plan Reviews will require plan submittals to SBCF, please coordinate with our Planning Department to confirm if your Site Plan Review requires such.
