The Cannabis Business and Cultivation Tax is imposed on every business that is engaged in the cannabis business within the City of Hesperia, as defined in Hesperia Municipal Code Chapter 3.18. Taxes are due to the City within forty-five (45) days after the conclusion of each month.  Penalties and interest will be imposed on delinquent payments.  A separate remittance form for each tax period must be prepared.
